In order to apply you must be a current resident of Jefferson County, Wisconsin and be able to provide proof of residency by showing a utility bill, apartment lease, bank statement, or Wisconsin Drivers License.
You must be the legal guardian of at least one child ages infant to a senior in high school.
You must be an active participant in some type of State or Federal Funded Assistance such as:
Residents of Jefferson County seeking to be participants in Christmas Neighbors can choose from one of two programs: The Toy Program/Gift Distribution or Adopt a Family. You cannot register for both programs.

OR you can complete an application by phone by calling (920) 674-4499 between 9:00 and 4:00 from November 2, 2026 through December 10, 2026.
